Fashion Week Berlin F/W 2015

From 19th till 23th January the fashion week fall/winter 2015 will take place in Berlin. Besides the fashion shows at the Brandenburger Tor there are also the fashion fairs Premium Exhibitions and Panorama and a Green Showroom for sustainable fashion. Most events are only for professional visitors but there are also free accessable events. These can be found on Gratis in Berlin.

But the biggest event is the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week taking place twice a jear in a special tent at the Brandenburger Tor. Designers and labels like Kilian Kerner, Marc Cain, Riani, Dorothee Schumacher, Kaviar Gauche or Guido Maria Kretschmer present their collections for fall/winter 2015. Also Lena Hoschek and the upcoming designers Marina Hoemanseder or Rebecca Ruetz from Austria are there. The announced stars are the formula 1 racers Lewis Hamilton or Nico Rosberg as well as the model Dree Hemingway. The exact events can be found for instance on vogue.de.

The Green Showroom and the Ethical Fashion are located at the Postbahnhof at the Ostbahnhof. At the Greenshowroom designers like Cocccon, Lilika Eden or Deepmello show their fair collections, at the Ethical Fashion Show sustainable fashion from Fjällräven or Helly Hansen is presented. There are also fashion shows and workshops. Also the other fashion fairs Premium E  und Panorama are only accessable for retailers and buyers. But there are also events open for the public like the Lavera Showfloor at the Umspannwerk on Alexanderplatz from 21. till 23. January. There are also runway shows from 21. till 23. January. 

Also open for the public ist the Designer Sale at the Projektgalerie Popup Store (Boutique Vektor Berlin, Gormannstr. 23, Berlin-Mitte). The big ending Berlin’s Night of Fashion will take place on 24th of January at the Hotel Moa (Stephanstr. 41, Moabit). There 150 models present collections of international and national designers on the 40 meter long catwalk. Tickets are available on bnof.eu
